Why we exist

For the parents who lie awake wondering.

The Milestone Centre was created for parents who lie awake wondering whether they are imagining things — and for children who deserve to be seen clearly, without judgment.

We offer assessment, therapy, and family support for neurodivergent children aged 3–18 — autism, ADHD, learning differences, speech and language challenges, and related developmental needs.

We slow down. We listen. We explain things in language you can share with grandparents, teachers, and partners — whether your child is autistic, has ADHD, or you simply need someone to help you understand what is going on.
